Grant G. McCullagh
Mr. McCullagh is the Chairman and CEO of LTC, having previously served as Vice Chairman and earlier Executive Vice President of AECOM, one of the industry's largest global infrastructure E&C firms. Earlier Mr. McCullagh co-founded McClier, a global design-build, A/E, CM and program management company, serving a variety of technical industry and infrastructure end markets, which he sold to AECOM in 1996. Mr. McCullagh received his B.S. in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Masters in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects.

Thomas C. Corning
Mr. Corning serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for all operating aspects of LTC. He formerly served as COO of McClier (an AECOM company), a worldwide DB/CM firm, and more recently as Senior Project Executive of major projects for Walsh Construction, a global construction leader. He started his career at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and later worked with Mayfair Construction. Mr. Corning brings corporate expertise, a complex, large-scale project background, and applies a systems-based approach to LTC. In addition to his strong CM and GC background, he has a 25-year foundation in at-risk integrated D-B and program management. Mr. Corning received a Master’s of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois, as well as a B.S. from the University of Illinois. Mr. Corning is a Registered Architect and a LEED-certified professional.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Jurewicz leads virtual design and construction (VDC) technologies at LTC. He integrates BIM services throughout project lifecycles and develops project-specific BIM/IPD implementation plans and strategies yielding quantity takeoffs, clash detection, 4D simulation, logistics, etc., as well as LEED points for sustainable initiatives. He has modeled over 2 billion square feet of construction in the last 2.5 years alone. Since 2008, Mr. Jurewicz has chaired the Tech Conference at Northwestern University for the MPM Program. He has expertise in a multitude of modeling softwares and is a Certified Trainer of Revit, Navisworks, Prolog, etc. The recipient of several industry awards, he has trained faculty instructors in modeling software at Northwestern University and other prestigious academic institutions, as well as given lectures to many academic and industry professional organizations. Mr. Jurewicz has a BA in Computer Modeling from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology, is a licensed Architect, and is a LEED AP.

Michael J. Davies
Mr. Davies is Vice President of Commercial/Industrial Markets for LTC. During his career, he has served in design and construction operations leadership positions at the Streams Consulting Group, Middough Engineering, the Facility Group, and Carlson Corporation. Mr. Davies has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of facility types including research and development laboratories, data centers, administrative offices and complexes, industrial manufacturing, and recreational centers for clients ranging from General Electric to Disney World. Mr. Davies earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.

Ms. Alexander is the Director of Business Development – Technical and Commercial Markets for LTC. Previously, she was with Gehry Technologies as a Director, responsible for the business development of advanced BIM advisory and technology-based services to owners focused in the design, construction and facility management/building lifecycle space. Additionally, she has held progressive roles with McClier/AECOM, a global DB/CM firm. Ms. Alexander received her B.S. from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Manufacturing Management from Northwestern University.

Chris P. Martersteck
Mr. Martersteck serves as Director of Integrated Services, developing and leading design-build / integrated project delivery teams, as well as comprehensive training for all project delivery management personnel throughout LTC. He has functioned as Vice President and Director of Project Management and Design-Build Services for several top international A/E/C firms. Additionally, as a PSMJ Resources instructor, he continues to lead A/E/C best practices Project Management Bootcamps for thousands of project managers and principals from hundreds of firms, drawing on his successful experience as a consultant, as well as a client leading highly collaborative fully integrated A/E/C delivery teams. He has a MArch, MBA, and BArch from the University of Illinois. As a registered architect, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects and he is LEED and DBIA certified.
Director of Integrated Services
Mr. O’Riordan is LTC Director of Operations, responsible for oversight of design-build and construction project delivery teams company wide. He has 20 years of senior-level project management experience, most recently at Walsh Construction and McClier Corporation/AECOM. His experience ranges from the new construction of a $120M, 800-bed correctional facility in Iowa to the $300M vertical expansion of an existing high-rise office building in Chicago. Mr. O’Riordan has a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University, Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and Architecture from the University of Illinois, and a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University.
Mr. Dalvi is the Business Development Director of MENA Oil and Gas programs for LTC. He joined LTC in 2010 and has worked to develop the MENA Oil and Gas program with the MENA Oil and Gas team since January of 2011. He has since worked with the MENA team to secure and execute a $70M Production Facility contract in Al Garraf Oilfield, Iraq, under Weatherford and Petronas. He earned a degree in International Relations and Economics from Michigan State University’s James Madison Program and is working towards a Project Management Professional accreditation.
Director, Business Development, Middle East/North Africa Oil & Gas Programs
Jeff R. Miller
Mr. Miller is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for LTC. Prior to joining LTC, he was with Babcock & Wilcox, an industry-leading power generation and nuclear operations company, where he ultimately served as Group Controller for the company's International Power Generation Group. Mr. Miller brings a wealth of experience in other senior finance roles, including mergers and acquisitions, and the subsequent integration of finance, IT, and HR resources. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and has a Master's in Management Information Systems from the University of Akron. He is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Nitzsche is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for LTC. He formerly served as CIO for Perkins+Will and AECOM/McClier. More recently, he was Principal and Founder of Bothand Consulting, where he provided strategic IT consulting and building & construction owner advisory services for BIM, project delivery and building information lifecycle strategies. Mr. Nitzsche earned his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Architecture, with specialization in Computer-Aided Architecture Design, from The Ohio State University.
Chief Information Officer
Andrew J. Haliw III, Esq.
Mr. Haliw is an AV-rated lawyer who has practiced in the specialized areas of corporate, strategic, and transactional law. In his position as General Counsel, he is principally responsible for all legal matters, compliance and risk management, financial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, he is counselor and advisor to the CEO and Key Management Team, especially on corporate governance and compliance affairs. Mr. Haliw is licensed to practice law in many jurisdictions and is a registered patent and trademark attorney, a member of the U.S. Tax Court and a registered professional engineer. Mr. Haliw is a member of a number of professional societies and is active in civic and charitable organizations.
Executive Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel
Mr. Stockbridge is the Vice President of Human Resources for LTC. Previously he was with the Government Services Division of Day & Zimmerman. He has held many progressive HR leadership roles at such firms as Iron Mountain, Sodexo, First Data Corporation and American Express. Mr. Stockbridge holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
